Details:
Dangerous Heat Likely Through Holiday Weekend

Heat Index values will approach advisory criteria during the
Fourth of July holiday weekend. However, the heat will be
dangerous regardless of whether or not advisory criteria is met.
Widespread heat index values of 105-107F (41-42C) are expected.
Locally higher heat index values above 108F (43C +) are likely
during the afternoon hours, especially in areas influenced by the
urban heat island. The heat will become dangerous as early as the
late morning hours. If spending time outdoors, please drink plenty
of water and wear light colored clothing. Do not leave children
or pets in vehicles. If the pavement is too hot for your feet, it
is too hot for your pet's paws.
